    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 23-29.

    Bear T. Sprague, 22, of Pittsfield, eluding an officer in Knox Jan. 22, 2020, dismissed; operating without a license in Knox Jan. 22, 2020, $150 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Knox Jan. 22, 2020, $150 fine; attaching false plate in Knox Jan. 22, 2020, $150 fine.

    Desiree V. Gerrior, 42, of Brooks, probation violation in Brooks July 18, 2020, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 30, 2022, $250 fine. 

    Scott A. Clark, 35, of Prospect, probation violation in Prospect Sept. 2, 2021, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed. 

    Chandler Wilson III, 47, of Bucksport, violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 31, 2021, 30 days in jail; attaching false plates in Belfast Sept. 23, 2021, $150 fine; forgery in Belfast Aug. 23, 2022, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Aug. 23, 2022, 30 days in jail and $500 restitution; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 23, 2022, 30 days in jail; domestic violence assault in Searsport Aug. 23, 2022, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsport Aug. 23, 2022, 30 days in jail. 

    Kaitlyn Morris, 38, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Swanville March 23, 2023, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Unity March 23, 2023, unconditional discharge. 

    Gerald O. Stewart, 69, of Clinton, criminal trespass in Thorndike March 12, 2023, $100 fine. 

    Wayne H. Bickford II, 41, of Montville, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit in Liberty April 13, 48 hours in jail; terrorizing in Montville Oct. 13, 120 days in jail; criminal trespass in Montville Oct. 13, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Montville Oct. 13, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Montville Oct. 13, 120 days in jail.

    Kevin Hurd, 55, of Liberty, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Liberty June 16, $250 fine. 

    Michael W. Embry, 24, of Palmyra, domestic violence assault in Unity June 21, nine months in jail with all but 48 hours suspended and one year of probation; terrorizing in Unity June 21, dismissed; criminal mischief in Unity June 21, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Feb. 24, 48 hours in jail; criminal mischief in Unity Feb. 24, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Unity Feb. 24, dismissed;. violating a condition of release in Unity Feb. 24, 48 hours in jail.

    Peter S. Millard, 70, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 14, dismissed. 

    Lane Quinn, 23, of Burnham, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit in Knox April 11, dismissed.

    Terri L. Fowler, 44, of Corinth, theft by deception in Monroe Dec. 14, 2021, dismissed; making a false statement about motor vehicle title in Monroe Dec. 14, 2021, dismissed; failure to surrender license or certificate in Monroe Dec. 14, 2021, dismissed. 

    Shawn M. O’Brien, 38, of Waldo, aggravated furnishing of a schedule W drug in Northport July 31, dismissed; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Northport July 31, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Northport July 31, both dismissed; violating a condition of release in Northport July 31, 90 days in jail; terrorizing in Belfast Nov. 21, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 21, seven days in jail; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast Jan. 4, $400 fine and 90 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Jan. 4, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 4, seven days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 20, seven days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 22, seven days in jail.

    Timothy C. Sweetland, 47, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 16, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Sept. 16, $250 fine. 

    Christopher Cunningham, 46, of Franklin, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 16, 364 days in jail with all but 15 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast Nov. 16, dismissed; operating without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast Nov. 16, 10 days in jail. 

    Erin R. Beeton, 37, of Brooks, unlawful possession of  fentanyl powder in Waldo Oct. 19, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Waldo Oct. 19, four months in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine. 

    Lee D. Silva, 41, of Freedom, abuse of property in Freedom June 10, dismissed. 

    Eric Gobin, 46, of Searsport, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Belfast Oct. 21, dismissed. 

    Joseph A. Littlefield, 26, of Swanville, six counts of animal cruelty in Belfast Oct. 25, $500 fine for each count. 

    Ann M. Moody, 34, of Swanville, six counts of animal cruelty in Belfast Oct. 25, $500 fine for each count.

    Adam A. Daggett, 42, of Lincolnville, domestic violence assault in Lincolnville Jan. 3, dismissed. 

    Mahlon P. Palmer, 90, of Knox, domestic violence assault in Waldo Jan. 10, dismissed. 

    Joseph D. Klekotta, 39, of Plymouth, assault on an officer in Brooks Jan. 14, nine months in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Brooks Jan. 14, six months in jail.

    Sean R. Anderson, 42, of Liberty, falsifying physical evidence in Unity Jan. 25, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Unity Jan. 25, dismissed.
