WASHINGTON — “The Gibbs Library is proud to present the 19th Annual Student Art Exhibit featuring the excellent work of the student artists from Prescott Memorial Elementary School,” said Gibbs, in a news release.

The show will run through May and June.
 
Art Teacher Erik Minzner has sparked the artistry of the students, using a wide range of materials, techniques and inspiration to express their creativity in these works. The pieces, representing all of the K-6 students, were selected and artfully framed and displayed by Mr. Minzner 
 
All are welcomed to the Gibbs Library and join in the celebration of student artist accomplishments! This show is sure to bring on a smile. Congratulations to all of the students and their teacher! 
 
A reception will be held on Tuesday, May 21, from 5 to 7 p.m. Awards will be presented and refreshments offered.
 

The Gibbs Library is located at 40 Old Union Road, in Washington Village and is open on Monday 4-7 PM; Tuesday 9-Noon and 4-7 PM; Wednesday  3-6 PM; Thursday and Saturday 9 AM-Noon. www.gibbslibrary.org
