    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Feb. 11-23.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Jan. 15 (late entry)

    Craig Demmons, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Veterans Highway in Brooks. 

    Feb. 11

    John J. Dzielsan, 19, of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration on S. Main Street in Burnham.

    Brittany M. Bouchard, 25, of Canaan, was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration on Main Street in Unity.

    Thomas W. Hough, 30, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for operating without a license, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and operating under the influence on Youngstown Road in Lincolnville.

    Feb. 12

    Haden Campbell, 31, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault on Loggin Road in Frankfort, stemming from an Oct. 14 incident. 

    David E. Croft, 33, of Brainerd, Minnesota, was arrested for criminal trespass on Village Road in Jackson. 

    Feb. 20

    Thomas M. Frost, 27, of Northport, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Atlantic Highway in Brooks.
