    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 23-30.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    April 25

    Tyler A. Inman, 25, was arrested for criminal trespass on Swanville Road in Frankfort. 

    Brian Beatty, 52, of Mars Hill, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    April 27

    Matteo S. Adragna, 64, of Belfast, was issued a summons for driving a motor vehicle over a way closed for construction on E. Main Street in Searsport.

    Jason Smith, 47, of Winthrop, was issued a summons for exceeding the speed limit by 30+ mph on Route 3 in Palermo.

    Harold Labvin, 55, of Winterport, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Arctic Lane in Winterport.

    April 28

    Kaleb Cook, 29, f Waldo, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Lang Hill Highway in Brooks.
