BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Jan 28 - Feb. 15.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Jan. 28 

Angela Philbrook, 41, of Unity, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity.

Feb. 6

Jourdan Johnson, 28, of Boston, Massachusetts, was arrested for two counts of violating a condition of release.

Feb. 1

Olivia A. Carpenter, 29, of Troy, was arrested for two counts of violating a condition of release, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and assault on an officer on Shubbles Road in Knox. 

Feb. 9

Daniel R. Therrien, 37, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and trafficking in prison contraband at Waldo County Jail in Belfast. 

Michelle Brown, 47, of Swanville, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.
