Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 15-21. 

    Joshua Breault, 43, of Stockton Springs, probation violation in Stockton Springs Nov. 19, 2021, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed; failing to report in Belfast Nov. 14, nine months in jail. 

    James M. Shepherd, 48, of Vassalboro, attaching false plates in Montville July 20, 2022, $150 fine. 

    Robert G. Schmidt Jr., 58, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Winterport Sept. 30, 2022, nine months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine; violating a condition of release in Winterport Sept. 30, 2022, 48 hours in jail. 

    Terri Peabody 55, of Troy, operating a vehicle without a license in Jackson Jan. 22, 2023, 24 hours in jail. 

    Eric D. Harvey, 47, of Northport, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast May 3, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast May 3, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Knox Oct. 14, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Knox Oct. 14, 48 hours in jail. 

    Zacharia W. Herbest, 31, of Bucksport, three counts of animal cruelty in Belfast June 6, $500 fine for one count, two counts dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Dec. 14, 90 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 14, 30 days in jail. 

    Kenneth R. Havens, 35, of Mercer, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Palermo Sept. 27 2022, two years in prison with all but 60 days suspended, two years two months probation, and $400 fine. 

    Ethan S. Sargent, 31, of Unity, attaching false plates in Troy July 10, $150 fine. 

    Robert Debeck, 24, of Belfast, cruelty to animals in Belfast Oct. 20, $500 fine. 

    Rachel E. Gardner, 39, of Winterport violating a condition of release in Winterport Dec. 25, 48 hours in jail. 

    Bryce J. Fall, 21, of Palmyra, hunting birds with a shotgun with more than three shells in Troy Oct. 14, $100 fine.

    Ralph A. Lockhart, 66, of Monroe, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Monroe Feb. 2, $300 fine. 

    Israel Robbins, 41, of Waldo, misuse of the emergency 911 system in Brooks Feb. 13, $100 fine. 

    Dakota Wing, 25, of Frankfort, endangering the welfare of a child in Belfast Feb. 14, 35 days in jail; domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs Feb. 14, 364 days in jail with all but 35 days suspended and two years of probation.

    James M. Conley, 65, of Swanville attaching false plates in Searsport Jan. 22, $150 fine. 

    Brian W. Knight, 50, of Freedom, operating a vehicle without a license in Liberty Jan. 15, $150 fine. 

    Clyde Potter, 38, of Monroe, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Jan. 9, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Brooks Jan. 9, $150 fine. 

    Jose E. Vasquez, 46, of Belfast, attaching false plates in Liberty Dec. 17, $150 fine.
