    Ralph E. Harriman II, 47, of Searsport, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Swanville Nov. 24, 2021, $150 fine. 

    Evan Damuck, 30, of Old Town, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport July 9, 2022, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport July 9, 2022, $250 fine. 

    Matthew McIver, 37, of Monroe, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Monroe Feb. 17, 2023, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; operating under the influence in Monroe Feb. 17, 2023, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Monroe Feb. 17, 2023, 30 days in jail; criminal mischief in Monroe Feb. 17, 2023, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brooks June 27, 90 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Brooks June 27, 30 days in jail; violating a from abuse order in Monroe Sept. 24, 30 days in jail; disorderly conduct (fighting) in Monroe Sept. 24, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Monroe Sept. 24, 30 days in jail; assault in Swanville Dec. 16, 30 days in jail and $300 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Swanville Dec. 16, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Swanville Dec. 16, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Brooks Dec. 17, 30 days in jail.

    Justin P. Wilmot, 21, of Fitchburg, Massachusetts, elevated aggravated assault in Belfast June 13, dismissed; robbery in Belfast June 13, 20 years in prison with all but four years six months suspended, four years of probation, and $400 restitution; elevated aggravated assault in Belfast June 13, four years six months in prison; aggravated assault in Belfast June 13, four years six months in prison; falsifying physical evidence in Belfast June 13, 90 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 13, 90 days in jail.

    Dennis P. Page, 44, of Thorndike, domestic violence assault in Thorndike July 21, three years in prison with all suspended and two years of probation. 

    Eric J. Gould, 37, of Freedom, negotiating a worthless instrument in Unity Nov. 17, 2022, $150 fine and $117 restitution. 

    Raymond Brown, 21, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 24, 48 hours in jail and $61.79 restitution. 

    Scott F. Mosher, 55, of Waldo, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop) in Belfast May 28, $500 fine; operating while license is suspended or revoked in Belfast May 28, $250 fine. 

    Kevin A. Cookson, 64, of Burnham, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity May 8, $250 fine and $13.98 restitution. 

    Brian C. Sanderson, 46, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 4, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 4, dismissed.

    Paul J. Garelli, 78, of Knox, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Knox Dec. 31, $150 fine. 

    John E. Folkman, 61, of Belmont, attaching false plates in Belmont Nov. 4, $150 fine. 

    Kevin Ellis, 66, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Dec. 26, $150 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast Dec. 26, $150 fine. 

    Zackary Brennan, 30, of Searsport, operating a vehicle without a license in Searsport Nov. 10, $150 fine. 

    Lucas Grotton, 22, of Jefferson, fishing without a valid license in Liberty Jan. 1, $100 fine. 

    Seth M. Hall, 20, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 12, $500 fine. 

    Dakota D. Hustus, 26, of Belfast, violating a suspended or revoked license in Searsmont Nov. 4, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsmont Nov. 4, $250 fine. 

    Jourdan Johnson, 28, of Boston, Massachusetts, violating a condition of release in Swanville Feb. 6, seven days in jail. 

    Troy W. Oliver, 25, of Monroe, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Monroe Dec. 13, $200 fine; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Monroe Dec. 13, $200 fine. 

    Rachel Parker, 42, of Unity, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity Dec. 26, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Unity Dec. 26, $150 fine. 

    Kira Sweetland, 36, of Swanville, attaching false plates in Swanville Dec. 21, $150 fine. 

    Chase Thayer, 20, of Freedom, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Waldo Dec. 29, $500 fine. 

    Michael T. Farmer, 26, of Searsmont, possession of an animal or bird in violation in Searsmont Dec. 6, $200 fine. 

    Seth T. Wilbur, 49, of Islesboro, violation of gear rule (chapter 75) in Lincolnville Aug. 10, $100 fine; tag system penalties in Lincolnville Aug. 10, $250 fine. 

    Andrew W. Hayden, 61, of Littleton, New Hampshire, failing to attach deer tag to deer in Monroe Nov. 9, dismissed. 

    David E. Wadsworth, 45, of Searsmont, feeding bait deer in Searsmont Nov. 4, $100 fine.
