    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 9-15. 

    Zachery G. Mosher, 29, of Liberty, operating after habitual offender revocation in Montville July 21, 2021, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation in Montville July 21, 2021, 30 days in jail and $500 fine. 

    Mark White, 34, of Morrill, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 5, 2022, $500 fine. 

    Elizabeth P. Herdrich, 63, of Searsmont, operating under the influence in Lincolnville Feb. 11, 2022, $500 fine; animal trespass in Searsmont May 17, 2021, $2,500 fine; 11 counts of allowing a dog to be at large in Searsmont Jan. 14, 2022; Jan. 24, 2022, Jan. 25, 2022; Feb. 3, 2022; Feb. 11, 2022; Feb. 15, 2022; Feb. 17, 2022; Feb. 21, 2022; March 17, 2022; March 15, 2022; and April 5, 2022, $100 fine for each count. . 

    Coleman Dodd, 27, of Appleton, eluding an officer in Lincolnville July 3, 2022, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville July 3, 2022, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Lincolnville July 3, 2022, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Montville Oct. 8, 2022, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Montville Oct. 8, 2022, dismissed. 

    Timothy Michaels, 63, of Palermo, operating under the influence in Palermo Jan. 20, 2022, dismissed; driving to endanger in Palermo Jan. 20, 2022, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

    Daniel Leach, 63, of Islesboro, assault in Belfast July 31, 2022, dismissed; assault in Belfast July 31, 2022, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast July 31, 2022, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast July 31, 2022, $300 fine. 

    Seth Basford, 22, of Troy, threatening display of a weapon in Troy Aug. 3, 2022, dismissed.

    Ashtynn M. Holt, 28, of Montville, assault in Unity Nov. 25, 2022, dismissed. 

    Robert E. Nichols, 39, of Waterville, operating under the influence in Waldo Dec. 24, 2022, dismissed. 

    Brian C. Sanderson, 47, of Belfast, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast June 5, two years in prison with all but 40 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast June 5, dismissed; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast Jan. 4, 40 days in jail and $400 fine.

    Thomas W. Griffith, 56, of Lincolnville, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Lincolnville June 14, dismissed. 

    Sidney W. Harris, 38, of Rockland, unlawful possession of cocaine in Belfast Dec. 14, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 14, dismissed.

    Keith J. Daniels, 36, of Augusta, burning prohibited material in Troy Aug. 16, dismissed. 

    Heidi A. Resh, 43, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Feb. 12, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport Feb. 12, 48 hours in jail. 

    Steven D. Lucas, 73, of Montville, supervising a junior hunter who violates the law in Montville Nov. 10, $100 fine.
