WALDOBORO — State Senator Cameron Reny will speak on Saturday, April 27, at 11 a.m., at BugTussle Annex, 251 Jefferson St., in Waldoboro.

There will be a question-and-answer period following her presentation, and then Senator Reny will be around to speak with interested parties until 1 p.m.

Will Avantaggio, current Judge of Probate for Lincoln County and a write-in candidate for the June election, is expected to be present as well.

On a more local level, candidates for various offices including select board, school board, and budget committee will introduce themselves at the town committee meetings at 10:30 a.m. and be available during the Meet & Greet.

Town committee meetings are open to registered Democrats in Bremen and Waldoboro, as well as unenrolled voters. The Meet & Greet is open to constituents from surrounding towns, but arrival close to 11 a.m. is encouraged.
