In the second half, Annie Vannoy scored two minutes into the game to give MMS their final lead 4-0.

Boys Middle School Soccer: Medomak 7, Searsport 1
(By Jackson Fortin and Dusty Nadeau)

The Riverhawk boys beat Searsport on Thursday with a score of 7-1. Scoring for the Riverhawks  was Addison Mellor with the first two goals while Will Cheesman, Po Pfirrman, Matthew Holbrook, Jake Bickmore and Gavin Clark each added a goal for the Riverhawks. In goal for Medomak were Jaiden Starr and Ryan Jarvis. Finn Parmley, Tyler Leonard, Blake Morrison provided tough defense throughout the whole game.

The lone goal for Searsport was scored by Chase Brassbridge with two minutes remaining in the second half. Josh Wright and Nate Ashey threatened throughout the second half but just could not find the back of the net combining for nine shots in the game. Despite the Searsport loss an aggressive defense led by Hunter Treat and Cole Ellis in goal did well throughout the game to keep a dominant Medomak attack at bay holding their team to within striking distance throughout much of the contest.
