Merryspring hosts online “Medicine of the Meadow” with Denise DeSpirito

Denise DeSpirito will lead an online presentation called “Medicine of the Meadow” on Tuesday, April 9, at 12 p.m., hosted by Merryspring Nature Center.

In Medicines of the Meadow, Denise DeSpirito will discuss creating your own meadow and the medicinal plants that you can grow as a part of it. This Zoom presentation will have pictures of a selection of medicinal plants and participants will learn how to grow and maintain these plants as well as learn about their uses. All the plants covered will be natives that grow well in Maine.

This talk is part of Merryspring’s Online Winter Talk series, co-sponsored by Camden Riverhouse Hotel. Online Talks are held as Zoom webinars.

Online Talks are open to everybody, free of charge.
