ROCKPORT — The Maine Sheriff’s Association is holding its annual training conference, vendor show and banquet March 20-21, 2024, at the Samoset Resort, in Rockport. This year, Echelon Front is showcasing almost two days of leadership training for participants with its program, “Extreme Ownership.”

The conference begins at 7:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 20, and continues the following day, March 21.

The mission of Echelon Front is to pass on the leadership lessons learned on the battlefield to leaders everywhere, at every level, in every capacity, in order to help them develop the skills necessary to take care of their people, lead themselves, and lead their teams to victory. Echelon Front comprises decorated, combat-proven veterans, athletes, men, and women in business with experience in building, training, and leading high-performance winning teams.
