    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 5-11. 

    Larry G. Alexander, 66, of Shushan, New York, assault in Knox June 20, 2021, $750 fine. 

    Jakob S. Gregory, 23, of Bar Harbor, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Stockton Springs Aug. 18, 2021, seven days in jail; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Aug. 18, 2021, seven days in jail. 

    Aaron Gallegos, 32, of Ellsworth, theft by receiving stolen property in Prospect April 24, 2022, dismissed; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County April 24, 2022, dismissed. 

    Richard L. Peavey Jr., 48, of Searsmont, probation violation in Brooks June 1, 2022, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; harassment in Brooks Oct. 13, seven days in jail. 

    Sierra Orcutt, 24, of Hudson, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Prospect April 22, 2022, dismissed; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Prospect Jan. 14, 2023, two years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Prospect Jan. 14, 2023, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Prospect Jan. 14, 2023, dismissed. 

    Zachary D. Buckley, 35, of Freedom, operating under the influence in Searsmont April 9, 2022, dismissed. 

    Celynn D. Smyth, 40, of Troy, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Aug. 15, 2022, $250 fine and $100 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Sept. 12, 2022, $250 fine and $18.07 restitution. 

    Matthew W. Pendleton, 49, of Lincolnville, manslaughter in Lincolnville Jan. 5, 2023, 20 years in prison with all but 14 years suspended, four years of probation, and $3,322.51 restitution. 

    Mark C. Tibbetts, 52, of Jackson, operating after habitual offender revocation in Brooks Nov. 29, 2022, 30 days in jail and $500 fine.

    William Perry, 71, of Plymouth, hindering apprehension or prosecution in Burnham Aug, 20, 2022, dismissed. 

    Joshua Pedrick, 34, of Searsport, possessing sexually explicit material of a minor under 12 on Islesboro Oct. 30, 2022, dismissed; violation of privacy in Islesboro Oct. 30, 2022, six months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation. 

    Randi N. Nickerson, 41, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Swanville Jan. 5, 2023, dismissed. 

    Zacharia W. Herbest, 32, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Feb. 20, 2023, dismissed. 

    Katreena M. Ellsmore, 43, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs Dec. 12, 2022, dismissed. 

    Cesar Perez, 33, of Knox, endangering the welfare of a child in Knox Dec. 7, 2022, dismissed; operating under the influence in Knox Dec. 7, 2022, nine months in jail with all but 48 hours suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Knox Dec. 7, 2022, dismissed. 

    Marissa M. Melton, 32, of Swanville, probation violation in Winterport June 4, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Waldo County Jan. 22, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Waldo County Jan. 22, 30 days in jail.  

    Shane Reynolds, 24, of Belfast, eluding an officer in Swanville April 13, 2023, dismissed. 

    Cody Dinsmore, 33, of Union, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Lincolnville June 8, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Lincolnville June 8, dismissed.

    Taylor W. Plummer, 31, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast July 13, dismissed. 

    James Tynan, 30, of Waldoboro, ice fishing with more than five lines in Lincolnville Feb. 7, $100 fine.
