Knox County Superior Court closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from April 11-22.

    Gwendolynn K. Achorn, 28, of Friendship, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

    Craig A. Curtis, 41, of Rockport, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

    Jennifer Fetteroli, 39, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Michael Jason Huntley, 30, of Windham, trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed; trafficking in prison contraband, eight month in jail

    David Pezak, 27,of Portland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison all but 12 months suspended, probation two years.

    Kevin T. Richards, 25, of South Thomaston, probation violations, three counts, original convictions for operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Brian Robillard, 22, of Rockland, probation violation, original conviction for criminal threatening, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
