Brittany Betts, 27, of Rockland, violating condition of release, assault, and terrorizing, two counts, all on Vinalhaven Nov. 17, 2022, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Sept. 26, 2023, $400 fine, all suspended, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Sept. 26, 2023 and Oct. 5, 2023, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Jan. 1, 2024, unconditional discharge; unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of fentanyl powder both in Rockland Feb. 1, 2024, both dismissed; violating condition of release in Rockland Jan. 30, 2024, unconditional discharge; violating condition of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, all in Rockland Feb. 1, 2024, 30 days in jail.

Rene Caguana, 31, hunting or possessing animal or bird, closed season, and fishing without a valid license in Rockland Aug. 27, 2023, $100 fine, all suspended; unlawful possession of wild animal or bird in Rockland Aug. 27, 2023, $500 fine.

John P. Conway, 56, of Thomaston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Sept. 26, 2023, $400 fine.

Timothy J Dodge, 63, of Rockland, criminal trespass in Thomaston Jan. 26, 2024, $250 fine.

Rebecca L. Giles, 47, of Windsor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release in Union April 5, 2023, 48 hours in jail.

Shane Hatch, 37, of Owls Head, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, on Vinalhaven Dec. 27, 2023, $500 fine.

Joshua L. Mayo, 45, of Peru, probation violation on previous convictions of domestic violence terrorizing, terrorizing, aggravated criminal mischief, and violating condition of release, three years in prison, probation revoked.

Catina M. Miller, 51, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Dec. 24, 2023, $250 fine; restitution $9.93.

Ricky Delane Miller, 42, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Dec. 24, 2023, $250 fine, restitution $9.93.

Jesse C. Nash, 40, of Rockport, hunting migratory waterfowl without permit in Union Sept. 30, 2023, dismissed.

Zane D. Nelson, 45, of South Thomaston, theft by unauthorized use of property and criminal trespass in South Thomaston, both dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release April 15, 2023, both dismissed.

Jeremy Peterson, 34, of Rockland, domestic violence criminal threatening, with priors, and criminal trespass both in South Thomaston April 12, 2023, both dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in South Thomaston April 12, 2023, guilty.

Santana L. Robbins, 30, of Thomaston, theft by deception in Rockland Sept. 23, 2023, $250 fine, restitution $700.

Ralph Spencer III, 38, of Clinton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Nov. 27, 2023, dismissed.

Reginald Walker, 59, of Thomaston, hindering apprehension or prosecution in Thomaston Jan. 21, 2023, both dismissed.

Daniel Walsh, 34, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Warren Jan. 1, 2024, $500 fine.
