BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity July 9-14. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

July 10

Candra S. Leckman, 28, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear (two counts).

Amanda L. Thomas, 30, of Waldo, was arrested for unpaid fines (two counts). Thomas was also issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1.

July 11

Zakary T. Alderson, 22, of Searsmont, was arrested for failure to appear.

July 13

David W. Dyer, 29, of Belfast, was arrested for unpaid fines.

John R. Skillings, 42, of Frankfort, was arrested for operating after suspension on Route 1.

Destiney E. Robbins, 20, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Macleod Lane.

John A. Davis, 24, of Monroe, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Waldo Avenue.
