Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity May 4-8. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    May 4

    Wayne A. Curtis, 29, of Brooks, was arrested for operating under the influence, operating after suspension and violating conditions of release on Route 1.

    May 5

    Kean M. Ripley, 53, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light on Lincolnville Avenue.

    Donovan O. Conary, 19, of Belfast, was issued summonses for criminal mischief and violating conditions of release (three charges) on Front Street.

    Gary L. Ensworth, 57, of Alna, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Main Street.

    May 6

    Nickie A. Ripley, 29, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Avenue.

    May 7

    Andrew J. McSpiritt, 30, of Londonderry, N.H., was arrested for operating under the influence on Pierce Street.

    Erika A. Chase, 44, of Unity, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150+ days on Route 1.

    Steven T. Wenz, 60, of Burnham, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Waterville Road.
