Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 24 - Feb. 28.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Jan. 24

    Laurie A. Harvey, 37, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive. 

    Feb. 12

    Patrick Beck, 42, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Searsport Ave. 

    Feb. 17

    Joshua Cumler-Bowie, 50, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on High Street.

    Feb. 21

    Shannon Small, 53, of Searsport, was issued summonses for furnishing a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on High Street. 

    Lucas Small, 40, of Searsport, was issued summonses for furnishing a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on High Street.

    Trey Harford, 31, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating while license revoked on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Malcolm Golding, 38, of Topsham, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered vehicle on Back Searsport Road. 

    Feb. 25

    Elijah Staples, 27, of Belfast, was arrested for aggravated criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Mill Lane. 

    Shae Garton, 36, of Swanville, was issued summonses for operating after revocation and violating a condition of release on Swan Lake Ave.
