Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 27 - Feb. 15.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Jan. 27

    Cynthia Robey, 56, of St. Albans, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release  and operating after suspension on Hatley Road. 

    Feb. 4

    James A. Kemp, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast. 

    Feb. 5

    Cyrus Roch, 22, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Mill Lane. 

    Feb. 6

    Leah Allen, 50, of Searsport, was arrested for criminal mischief, domestic violence assault on Marsh Road.

    Tiffany Ames, 53, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for possession of a scheduled drug on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Feb. 8

    Morgan Gerry, 41, of Lincolnville, was issued summonses for theft and violating a condition of release on Lincolnville Ave. 

    Feb. 9

    Lacey Lawrence, 30, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Searsport Ave. 

    Brianna Kemp, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
