WALDOBORO — “The 18th annual Fly Fishing Film Tour (F3T) is headed to The Waldo Theatre with a top notch selection of short films that are sure to get you fired up for the season ahead,” said sponsor George’s River Trout Unlimited, in a news release.

Back for the third year at The Waldo, the Fly Fishing Film Tour shares the best fishing stories on the big screen, according to the release.

Founded in 2006, the F3T is the original and largest fly fishing film event of its kind, putting on 300+ shows annually and making it the biggest community fly fishing event in the world.

F3T is more than just the films, their shows aim to create community, inspire, encourage and support conservation efforts worldwide.

“Join us Saturday, April 27, at 7 p.m.., at The Waldo Theatre, 916 Main Street, Waldoboro, ME and get inspired for an incredible 2024 fishing season!” said GRTU.

Online tickets are available for $10 in advance, $15 the day of the event. Youth tickets are $5. Tickets are available at the box office starting at 6:30pm. Concessions will be available for purchase.
