THE RECEPTION FOR WATERSHED: HOW TO SAY GOODBYE

Final group of Watershed School art students present exhibit, May 3

ROCKLAND — On May 3, 2024, the final group of Watershed School’s art students will present an exhibition to commemorate the legacy of the school as it is set to close after this academic year. The reception will take place from 5 - 7 p.m., at the Steel House, 639 Main Street, in Rockland.

This exhibit will bring the history of Watershed to life through a combination of paintings, photographs, ceramics, and suspended origami, all woven together with messages of environmental stewardship, intellectual curiosity, and creativity. It will highlight testimonial quotes from alumni, including international students,  and current students through independent projects they have worked on.

Admission is free and hors d'oeuvres will be provided.

“All are welcome and invited to celebrate the amazing history of this independent school,” said Scarlet Labbé-Watson, in a news release.
