CAMDEN — Coastal Mountains Land Trust is seeking new volunteers to help with a wide range of projects including maintaining trails and repairing bridges with its stewardship team, assisting educators in outdoor classrooms as part of its Learning Landscapes program, and helping with community events and office mailings. All skills are welcomed and wanted.

“Do you want to help care for the natural places within our community? “ said CMLT, in a news release. “Are you passionate about helping people connect to the outdoors?”

Anyone who is interested in learning more is invited to an informational session on Thursday, April 25, from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m., at the Land Trust’s office at 101 Mount Battie Street, in Camden.

At the gathering, Land Trust staff, along with an active volunteer, will provide an overview of the Land Trust’s conservation programs as well as a summary of the volunteer positions that the Land Trust is seeking to fill.

Please register to attend by emailing info@coastalmountains.org.
