    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported the following activity Oct. 2 – 14. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Oct. 2

    Colby Stevens, 19, of Hampden, was issued summonses for sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Route 1 in Searsport, possession of a usable amount of marijuana up to 1.25 oz and illegal transportation of drugs by a minor.

    Oct. 3

    Jeremy C. Handley, 28, of Unity, was arrested for theft, burglary and violating conditions of release on School Street in Unity.

    Erin E. Holt, 41, of Unity, was arrested theft, burglary and violating conditions of release on School Street in Unity.

    Jonathan B. Sawyer, 49, of Troy, was issued a summons for failure to have an inspection sticker on Route 7 in Brooks.

    Arthur Stevens, 62, of Swanville, was arrested for possession of oxycodone, possession of schedule W drugs (Methadone) and violating conditions of release.

    Oct. 13

    Ashley M. Mueller, 21, of Hubert, N.Y., was issued a summons for speeding 72 mph in a 50 mph zone on Route 137 in Waldo.
