    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from July 11-27.

    Wendy L. Grotton, 34, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 7, 2016, six months in prison and $1,936 restitution; forgery in Belfast Jan. 7, 2016, dismissed; theft by deception in Belfast Nov. 5, 30 days in jail and $322.40 restitution; trafficking in benefits in Belfast Nov. 19, dismissed; violating condition of release in Belfast Nov. 19, dismissed.

    Jamie R. Grotton, 35, of Belfast, theft by deception in Belfast Nov. 23, 10 days in jail and $322.40 restitution; trafficking in benefits in Belfast Nov. 23, dismissed.

    Mary B. Lilly, 41, of Princeton, unlawful possession of an elver transaction card in Searsport April 10, $2,000 fine.

    Got Glass Eels, of Warren, buying elver without using an elvers transaction card in Searsport April 10, $2,000 fine.

    David W. Knowlton, 53, of Swanville, operating a meth laboratory in Swanville June 15, four years in prison with all but 14 month suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; trafficking in scheduled drugs in Swanville June 15, dismissed; probation violation in Swanville Sept. 21, 2015, 297 days in prison and probation revoked.

    David A. Giguere, 51, of Jackson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville March 30, 2016, $250 fine; criminal mischief in Lincolnville March 30, 2016, $250 fine and $20 restitution; burglary in Lincolnville March 30, 2016, dismissed.

    Shanna Harvey, 31, of Stockton Springs, failure to register vehicle in Searsport March 20, $100 fine.

    Daniel Armstrong, 38, of Northport, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast May 19, dismissed.

    Eugene B. Flagg Jr., 56, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast May 21, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.

    Amanda Hayes, 38, of Knox, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity April 17, $500 fine; failure to give correct name, address, or date of birth in Unity April 17, dismissed.

    Michael A. Ripley, 26, of Belfast, terrorizing in Belfast June 6, five days in jail.

    Joseph M. Butler, 44, of Searsmont, violating a protection from abuse order in Searsmont June 14, 48 hours in jail.

    Lee D. Silva, 35, of Bangor, harassment in Belfast June 18, seven days in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast June 18, seven days in jail; violation of a protective order in Belfast June 16, seven days in jail.

    Joshua S. Libby, 33, of Liberty, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Liberty July 3; domestic violence assault (two counts) in Liberty July 3, both dismissed.

    Pedro M. Delgado Bristol, 33, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 23, $300 fine.

    Valerie L. Hall, 36, of Belfast, failure to register vehicle in Belfast May 25, $100 fine.

    Montana S. Jabre, 22, of Lincolnville, operating a vehicle without license in Lincolnville May 18, $100 fine.

    Christopher L. Webber Sr., 34, of Swanville, fishing without a valid license in Swanville May 1, $100 fine.

    John F. Barnett, 20, of Whitinsville, Mass., use of drug paraphernalia in Brooks June 10, $300 fine.

    Duane F. Edgecomb, 46, of Searsmont, failing to produce a permit in Searsmont June 9, $50 fine.

    Daniel Marchand, 52, of Gloucester, Mass., operating an unregistered ATV in Montville May 29, $100 fine.

    Kenneth A. McLellan, 19, of Northbridge, Mass., use of drug paraphernalia in Brooks June 10, $300 fine.

    Brandon M. Oxton, 34, of Northport, keeping an unlicensed dog in Northport July 10, $50 fine; violation of rabies prevention (chapter 720) in Northport July 10, $50 fine.

    Nicholas T. Ripley, 19, of Belfast, minor consuming liquor in Belfast May 31, $200 fine.
