"A Cherry Orchard in Maine" is a world premiere adaptation of Chekhov's classic "The Cherry Orchard."  This comic drama tells of a centuries-old family of Mainers with a Midcoast farm and rare cherry orchard soon to be lost for unpaid back taxes.  Set in the present and filled with colorful Maine characters, this show is quirky, timely, resonant with current issues, and fits Maine like a moose in a meadow.
