ROCKLAND — Feeling tired? Have aches and pains? headaches? Feeling depressed? Have poor digestion? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, the Good Tern Natural Foods Co-op & Cafe and Dr. Susan Miller are hosting a workshop to help you self-”diagnose” and learn how to shop for and eat healthier foods.

Miller’s workshop, “Learn How to Test Yourself for Food Sensitivities and How to Shop for Food that Optimizes Your Health and Makes You Feel Good,” will be held Tuesday, April 29 at 7 p.m. at Good Tern, 750 Main St. in Rockland.

This workshop is for those looking to improve their health and while food is the body’s foundation, everyone has unique nutritional needs. Find out which foods make YOU strong and which foods make YOU weak, tired, aching and depressed at this informative demonstration.

Miller will teach how to test your own food to find out which are optimal for each individual using basic kinesiology (muscle testing). Hands-on practice is part of the workshop.
