BELFAST — The Northern Regional Cross Country Championships were held Saturday, Oct. 21 at Troy Howard Middle School. 

Competing in the event were Camden Hills (Class A), Belfast (Class B) and Oceanside (Class B). 

As a team, the Camden Hills girls team got first place while the Camden Hills boys finished 11th. The Belfast boys finished fifth while the Belfast girls finished seventh. The Oceanside boys finished 14th. 

“Our girls [cross country] team is unbelievable this season,” said Camden Hills athletic director Steve Alex.
