Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 11-20.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    April 11

    James Cook, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street in Belfast. 

    April 13

    Randy Elwell, 27, of Swanville, was issue a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1. 

    April 17

    Sienna Gilmore, 38, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating with an expired license on Route 141.
