    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Jan. 29 - Feb. 7. 

    Damian L. Craven, 30, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Northport July 26, $100 fine.

    Russell E. Spear, 56, of Boothbay, domestic violence assault in Northport Dec. 11, dismissed.

    Cierra L. Carle, 18, of Windsor, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor in Liberty Feb. 24, dismissed.

    Gregg L. Hamilton, 44, of Monroe, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo Aug. 15, 2017, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Brooks Aug. 16, 2017, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs April 12, dismissed; criminal conspiracy April 12, dismissed; violating condition of release April 12, dismissed.

    Alicia M. Carr, 37, of Searsport, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Searsport March 22, 24 hours in jail; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Lincolnville Feb. 26, six years in prison with all but three years suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine..

    James C. Hustus, 43, of Searsport, criminal trespass in Swanville March 10, $200 fine; theft by unauthorized use of property in Swanville March 10, dismissed; terrorizing in Swanville March 10, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Belfast Dec. 21, dismissed.

    Kayla B. Ingraham, 31, of Knox, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Knox May 10, three years in prison with all suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine.

    Matthew A. Barnard Sr., 44, of Montville, unlawful sexual touching in Montville April 21, dismissed.

    Dawn Lavalley, 55, of Belmont, criminal trespass in Belmont Aug. 2, dismissed; criminal trespass in Belmont Aug. 21, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Belmont Aug. 21, dismissed; criminal trespass in Belfast Sept. 19 dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop) in Belfast Sept. 19, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Belfast Sept. 19, dismissed.  

    Kimberly Morrison, 28, of Brewer, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Frankfort Nov. 5, 2017, 18 months in prison with all suspended, one year of probation, and $8,687 restitution.

    Lucas P. Perrigo, 35, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast Sept. 23, seven months in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast Sept. 23, 30 days in jail.

    Raymond Pomeroy Jr., 33, of Stockton Springs, operating while license while suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs Sept. 9, $250 fine.

    Zachary Gordon, 26, of Bangor, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Sept. 18, dismissed.

    Annette Ames, 60, of Searsmont, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor in Searsmont Nov. 17, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Searsmont Dec. 15, $600 fine.

    Zachary Lear, 20, of Belfast, cutting Christmas trees or boughs without permission in Burnham Nov. 9, $100 fine.

    Doyle D. Harriman Sr., 66, of Winterport, illegal transportation of an animal or bird in Winterport Dec. 6, $100 fine.
