Rockport Police beat: Assault, inadequate tires, seatbelt violations
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Dec. 22-Jan. 5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Dec. 22
Jossilyn M. Ellis, 32, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for operating with a suspended registration.
Dec. 23
Chloe E. Edwards, 20, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.
Dec. 24
Steven E. Ward, 43, of Warren, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.
Dec. 27
Jessica J. Cooper, 41, of Searsmont, was issued a summons by Officer Tony Del Vecchio for speeding 68 mph in a 55 mph zone.
Jessica Slauenwhite, 28, Rockland, was issued a summons by Taylor for inspection violation.
Dec. 28
Vincent A. Hilt, 24, of St. George, was issued a summons by Taylor for seatbelt violation; inadequate tires.
Natasha R. Badger, 28, of Waterville, was issued a summons by Taylor for seatbelt violation.
Dec. 29
Rene Caguana, 26, of Camden, was issued a summons by Taylor for insurance violation.
Jan. 2
Rachel A. Davis, 36, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Ford for failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.
Jan. 3
Joseph R. Dinapoli, 30, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Taylor for failure to stop for a red light.
Jan. 5
David Reckards, 49, of Searsport, was charged by Taylor with domestic violence assault.
