Knox County Criminal Docket, closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Jan. 7-11.

    James Dow, 68, of Owls Head, possessing lobsters beyond minimum or maximum size in Owls Head Nov. 8, $1,200 fine.

    Scott A. Elwell, 55, of Spruce Head, probation violation for original conviction of operating under the influence (alcohol), two priors in St. George Jan. 29, 2017, 35 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    William R. Kasabuski, 71, of Appleton, reckless conduct, dismissed.

    Michael D. Moody, 25, of Camden, domestic violence assault in Camden Sept. 15, 180 days in jail all suspended, probation one year.

    Samantha R. Perry, 30, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland Oct. 19, 2018, $500 fine.

    Michael Puiia. 44, of Moultonborough, N.H., operating vehicle without license, dismissed.

    James Wadsworth, 32, of Rockland, violating condition of release in Thomaston Jan. 8, seven days in jail.

    Kachina L. Watt, 36, of Vinalhaven, assault, two counts, on Vinalhaven Feb. 24, $300 fine; criminal mischief, dismissed.
