    Dereck D. Maxcy, 36, of Winterport, probation violation in Belfast April 12, 2015, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Travis Lee, 29, of Searsmont, driving to endanger in Belfast Nov. 16, 2016, 30 days in jail and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 16, 2016, dismissed.

    Paul E. Badger Sr., 22, of Bangor, unlawful sexual touching in Belfast March 21, 2017, four days in jail.

    Michaela A. Pilsbury, 22, of Palermo, domestic violence assault in Palermo April 22, 2017, dismissed.

    Kristina K. Oakes, 27, of Hermon, operating under the influence in Belfast April 9, 2017, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 9, 2017, dismissed.

    Ethan Macomber, 21, of Unity, harassment in Brooks Nov. 27, 2016, dismissed.

    Alexis M. Robbins, 34, of Lincolnville, negotiating a worthless instrument (four counts) in Morril April 4-6, 2017, $200 fine for two counts; two counts dismissed.

    Joel E. Cushing, 34, of Searsmont, criminal mischief in Palermo June 27, 2017, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Palermo June 27, 2017, dismissed.

    Ryan S. Drake, 39, of Troy, stalking (causing serious inconvenience/emotional distress) in Searsport July 23, dismissed.

    Nicholas Winter, 19, of Lincolnville, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Northport Jan. 23, $200 fine; criminal attempt in Northport Jan. 23, dismissed.

    William R. Paquet, 53, of Stockton Springs, criminal mischief in Stockton Springs Jan. 8, unconditional discharge.

    Arthur R. Gardiner Sr., 66, of Swanville, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Swanville March 19, five years in prison and $400 fine.

    Daniel B. Bradley, 49, of Orland, operating under the influence in Belfast May 12, dismissed.

    Adam T. Dare, 45, of Lincolnville Center, domestic violence assault in Lincolnville May 17, dismissed.

    Arthur L. Henderson, 62, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast May 19, six months in jail with all suspended and two years of probation.

    Brandon R. Porter, 23, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 26, $500 fine; violating condition of release in Belfast May 26, $250 fine.

    Dennis M. Vaughan Sr., 62, of Lewiston, fugitive from justice in Belfast June 4, dismissed.

    Linda J. Clark, 50, of Belfast, attaching false plates in Belmont May 20, $100 fine.

    Kaylib Doughty, 26, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 17, $500 fine.

    Joshua K. Drinkwater, 39, of Northport, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Northport May 10, $150 fine; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Northport May 10, dismissed.

    Kathreen Herrick, 28, of Jackson, failure to register vehicle in Searsport May 16, $100 fine.

    Michael P. Lawrence, 34, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked in Northport May 26, $500 fine.

    Angela Philbrook, 33, of Unity, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity May 11, $500 fine.

    Maurice J. Trundy, 59, of Northport, out of door burning violation in Northport May 2, $150 fine.

    John J. Patten, 60, of Old Orchard Beach, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Belfast April 23, $250 fine.

    Michael P. McCoy, 38, of Montville, failure to register vehicle in Belfast May 11, $100 fine.

    Kenneth C. Kudrick, 23, of Bangor, refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Winterport June 21, 48 hours in jail; violating conditions of release in Winterport June 21, 48 hours in jail.

    Deborah L. Hodgdon, 38, of Hampton, New Hampshire, disorderly conduct (loud noise, private place) in Jackson June 24, 24 hours in jail.

    Theodore S. Giggie, 54, of Monroe, keeping a dangerous dog in Monroe Oct. 23, dismissed.

    Joan M. Maddocks, 60, of Northport, keeping a dangerous dog in Northport Dec. 31, $250 fine.

    Nikos M. Levin, 45, of Elmore, Vermont, keeping a dangerous dog in Troy April 23, $1,000 fine; allowing a dog to be at large in Troy April 23, $100 fine.
