    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 7-13. 

    Jason Moulton, 36, of Searsport, probation violation in Belfast May 16, 2017, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; violating a protection from abuse order in Belmont April 24, 90 days in jail. 

    Karen E. Araiza, 59, of Portland, operating under the influence in Belfast March 4, 2018, dismissed. 

    Isabella Witham, 19, of Belfast, assault on an emergency medical care provider in Belfast March 7, 2018, dismissed; criminal trespass in Belfast Nov. 2, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 2, 48 hours in jail. 

    Adrienne M. Bowie Emery, 25, of Gardiner, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Palermo Aug. 6, 2016, dismissed. 

    Jason D. Ames, 24, of Northport, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 11, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks March 30, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Brooks March 30, seven days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 4, seven days in jail.

    Kendra Ryan, 23, of Searsport, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Searsport Aug. 24, $300 fine; assault in Searsport Aug. 24, dismissed. 

    Sasha A. LaFlamme, 29, of Belfast, driving to endanger in Belfast Sept. 29, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

    Taylor Lane, 26, of Waldo, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Swanville Jan. 30, dismissed; endangering the welfare of a child in Swanville Jan. 30, dismissed. 

    Damian L. Craven, 30, of Belfast, illegal possession of a firearm in Searrsmont Feb. 2, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsmont Feb. 11, dismissed. 

    Matthew R. Small, 32, of Unity, domestic violence assault in Unity Feb. 26, six months in jail with all but 10 days suspended and two years of probation. 

    Derek Pomeroy, 32, of Stockton Springs, attaching false plates in Stockton Springs Jan. 18, 12 hours in jail. 

    Richard Brown Jr., 22, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Searsport April 15, nine months in jail with all suspended and two years of probation. 

    Wayne D. Penney, 36, of Burnham, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity April 15, $500 fine. 

    Destiny Robbins, 22, of Plymouth, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast March 29, $150 fine. 

    April M. Hutchinson, 38, of Frankfort, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Swanville March 18, dismissed; criminal trespass in Swanville March 18, dismissed. 

    Patti S. Higgins, 61, of Winterport, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport May 7, $200 fine; assault in Winterport May 7, dismissed. 

    Tim Johnson, 38, of Union, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast April 27, $150 fine. 

    Gary Morse, 66, of Belmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont April 27, $250 fine. 

    Ralph Newbert, 53, of Searsport, fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area in Stockton Springs April 10, $300 fine.

    Andrew B. Armstrong, 33, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 26, $500 fine.

    Carmen Coloutti, 63, of Thorndike, burning without a permit in Thorndike May 1, $125 fine and $435 restitution. 

    Charles M. Fletcher, 53, of Montville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Morrill May 7, $250 fine. 

    Dylan D. Presby 20, of South China, minor consuming liquor in Montville Dec. 22, $200 fine. 

    Jennifer Beal, 20, of Belmont, minor consuming liquor in Belmont April 26, $200 fine. 

    Ronald J. Green, 29, of Belfast, operating an unregistered ATV in Waldo April 14, $100 fine. 

    Thomas L. Young, 67, of Searsport, failing to attach a turkey tag to a turkey in Searsport April 29, $100 fine.
