    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 3-11.

    Joel Strasnick, 47, of Fairfield, discharging a firearm or crossbow near a dwelling in Morrill Nov. 23, $150 fine.

    Diana Blood, 33, of Searsport, violating conditions of release in Belfast Feb. 11, dismissed.

    Corey Palmer, 38, of Freedom, probation violation in Freedom Nov. 8, 2015, probation revoked, no sentence imposed.

    Rodney G. Triplet, 64, of Searsmont, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Nov. 16, 2017, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Nov. 16, 2017, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Nov. 9, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast Nov. 9, dismissed.  

    Cody Lewis, 21, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Jackson Aug. 27, 2017, unconditional discharge, reckless conduct in Jackson Aug. 27, 2017, dismissed.

    Jason R. Bates, 23, of Lebanon, criminal mischief in Jackson Aug. 27, 2017, unconditional discharge; reckless conduct in Jackson Aug. 27, 2017, dismissed.

    Tanisha Linscott, 20, of Jacksonville, North Carolina, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Jackson Jan. 14, 2018, $200 fine; assault in Jackson Jan. 14, 2018, dismissed.

    Kyle Raymond, 26, of Liberty, domestic violence assault in Liberty Jan. 28, 2018, dismissed.

    Garrett W. Mernick, 25, of Winterport, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport July 1, $100 fine; assault in Winterport July 1, dismissed.

    Gerald Hews, 41, of Belfast, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Belfast July 20, 20 days in jail.

    Christopher E. Ramsey Sr., 49, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 31, dismissed.

    Andrew Vesey, 31, of Palmyra, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Oct. 24, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast Oct. 24, dismissed.

    Clover E. Vega, 33, of Belfast, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Belfast Jan. 16, dismissed.

    Chad E. Snow, 25, of Palermo, operating under the influence in Palermo Jan. 25, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $800 fine.

    Dakota S. Smith, 21, of Benton, violating a condition of release in Burnham Jan. 9, dismissed.

    Paul Labonville, 25, of Troy, operating without a license in Jackson March 3, $150 fine.

    Jennifer Lambeth, 35, of Stockton Springs, failure to register a vehicle in Searsport March 1, $100 fine.

    William G. Mattingly, 37, of Troy, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity Jan. 29, $500 fine.

    Marissa M. Melton, 27, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 13, dismissed.

    Clayton L. Vose, 80, of Belfast, assault in Belfast April 1, dismissed.
