    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Jan. 25-31.

    Christopher W. Cunningham, 41, of Franklin, cruelty to animals in Burnham July 17, 2016, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year of probation; reckless conduct in Burnham July 17, 2016, dismissed.

    Gregory A. Thompson, 54, of Waldo, unlawful sexual contact in Waldo Sept. 15, 2014, five years in prison with all but two years suspended and four years of probation; unlawful sexual contact in Waldo Jan. 1, 2006, two years in prison.

    Thomas S. Howie, 47, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast Jan. 11, 2018, dismissed.

    Willard Rogers, 23, of Liberty, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Liberty Jan. 25, 2018, $300 fine; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Liberty Jan. 25, 2018, dismissed.

    Hoyt G. Emery, 31, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast April 7, $750 fine.

    Jacob R. Dorr, 26, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport May 25, $250 fine.

    Shawna A. Lanphier, 39, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 6, dismissed.

    Dennis W. Tripp Jr., 34, of Montville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Searsport Aug. 13, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; violating conditions of release in Searsport Aug. 13, seven days in jail.

    Paul M. Lawrence, 47, of Brooks, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 15, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine; failing to stop, remain, provide information in Belfast Aug. 15, seven days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with use of physical force) in Belfast Aug. 15, seven days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 15, dismissed.

    Joseph R. Arbour, 23, of Mercer, trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast June 25, nine months one day in prison.

    Walter Vonfricken, 46, of Emeryville, California, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 30, license suspended for 150 days and $1,000 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast Sept. 30, dismissed.

    Erik Thompson, 39, of Montville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Northport Sept. 25, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; attaching false plates in Northport Sept. 25, dismissed.

    Dylan Hopkins, 29, of Brooks, feeding/baiting deer in Brooks Oct. 3, $150 fine.

    Zebediah Maker, 23, of Liberty, operating while license suspended or revoked in Monroe Dec. 15, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $800 fine; driving to endanger in Monroe Dec. 15, dismissed.

    Barbie Mattingly, 44, of Montville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Liberty Nov. 26, $250 fine.

    Timothy A. Patten, 34, of Morrill, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Nov. 5, $100 fine.

    Samantha A. Stanley, 28, of Belfast, attaching false plates in Belmont Nov. 19, $100 fine.

    Craig S. Thomas, 52, of Lincolnville, failure to register a vehicle in Lincolnville Jan. 1, $150fine.

    Jeremy A. Brochu, 34, of Islesboro, failure to register a vehicle on Islesboro Dec. 3, $150 fine.

    Ian J. Campbell, 28, of Montville, hunting anterless deer without a permit in Montville Nov. 12, $300 fine.

    Dylan E. Eldridge, 32, of Orland, operating while license suspended or revoked in Prospect Nov. 6, $500 fine; violating conditions of release in Prospect Nov. 6, $250 fine.

    Jean Gallant, 60, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort Dec. 5, $250 fine.

    Kyle Harding, 20, of Searsmont, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Belmont Dec. 13, $500 fine.

    Kellian S. Libby, 24, of Liberty, operating while license suspended or revoked in Montville Dec. 14, $250 fine.

    Jordan M. Luther, 24, of Montville, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Lincolnville Nov. 23, $150 fine; failing to stop, remain, or render aid in a personal injury accident in Lincolnville Nov. 23, dismissed.

    Melissa R. Rolfe, 23, of Franklin, operating while license suspended or revoked in Prospect Nov. 9, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Prospect Nov. 9, $150 fine.

    Dylan Stinson, 23, of Bangor, violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast Oct. 6, 45 days in jail.
