    Raymond Miner, 32, of Knox, probation violation in Knox June 20, 2016, probation partially revoked and no sentence imposed.

    Joshua M. Hustus, 41, of Belfast, domestic violence stalking in Swanville Nov. 15, 2016, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, and $3,000 restitution; operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Waldo June 9, 10 days in jail; violating conditions of release in Waldo June 9, 10 days in jail; criminal mischief (two counts) in Belfast Sept. 1, 20 days in jail for each count; violating condition of release in Belfast Sept. 1, 20 days in jail.

    Taylor Hamor, 20, of Winterport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Feb. 27, 2017, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport July 15, 2017, dismissed; violating condition of release in Winterport July 15, 2017, dismissed.

    Kayla Carpentier, 25, of Belmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Lincolnville April 19, 2017, $250 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Lincolnville April 19, 2017, dismissed.

    Sarah A. Duval, 37, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast May 23, 2017, dismissed.

    Jeffrey Stump, 39, of Swanville, reckless conduct in Swanville July 26, 2017, 67 days in jail; reckless conduct in Swanville July 26, 2017, dismissed.

    Brandon Robillard, 29, of Warren, probation violation in Morrill Aug. 14, 2017, 120 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Shane L. Thibodeau, 48, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast Sept. 2, 2017, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Sept. 2, 2017, dismissed.

    Brittany M. Turner, 27, of Waterville, criminal trespass in Unity Sept. 29, 2017, $200 fine.

    Eric R. Wormell, 20, of Daytona Beach, Florida, criminal mischief in Liberty Aug. 26, 2017, dismissed.

    Joseph Balla, 26, of Poland, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Jackson Jan. 14, four months in jail; assault in Jackson Jan. 14, four months in jail and $300 fine.

    Shawn D. Connors, 27, of Searsport, failing to stop, provide information, in Belfast Sept. 11, 2017, $150 fine.

    Amanda L. Bedard, 32, of Winterport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Winterport March 6, nine years in prison with all but three years suspended, three years of probation and $400 fine; violating condition of release in Winterport March 6, dismissed; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs Feb. 16, dismissed; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Winterport Feb. 20, dismissed.

    Katherine E. Box, 36, of Belmont, driving to endanger in Searsmont Feb. 15, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Searsmont Feb. 15, dismissed.  

    Mason A. Murray, 24, of Biddeford, operating under the influence in Searsport May 9, four days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; criminal mischief in Searsport May 9, four days in jail; driving to endanger in Searsport May 9, dismissed; violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast May 26, four days in jail; violating conditions of release in Belfast May 26, four days in jail.

    Justin Shute, 37, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Prospect May 25, nine months in jail, license suspended for four years and $2,000 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Prospect May 25, nine months in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Prospect May 25, dismissed.

    Jesse L. Curtis, 51, of Augusta, disorderly conduct (loud noise, private place) in Unity June 4, dismissed; burglary of a motor vehicle in Unity June 10, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity June 10, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Unity June 10, dismissed;violating condition of release in Unity June 10, dismissed.

    Paige Adams, 26, of Bucksport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Belfast July 3, both dismissed.

    Angela M. Parady, 33, of Vassalboro, operating under the influence in Swanville July 5, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Kelsey M. Noble, 25, of Liberty, operating under the influence in Searsmont July 9, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Mark A. Johnson, 29, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast July 10, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Alton Fortson, 76, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 17, $250 fine.

    Bradley Beeton, 32, of Stockton Springs, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 10, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Michael L. Gray, 37, of Swanville, obstructing public ways in Searsport Aug. 30, $200 fine.

    Gage Gagnon, 20, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Northport July 26, $100 fine.

    Dylan Green, 21, of Belmont, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Morrill Aug. 12, $500 fine.

    Brett M. Henson, 60, of Jackson, operating a vehicle without a license in Brooks Aug. 12, $100 fine.

    David Hovencamp, 42, of Milford, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Jackson July 10, $1,000 fine.

    Sara K. Leathers, 24, of Swanville, operating a vehicle without a license in Swanville Aug. 7, $100 fine.

    Elon Porter, 21, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Northport July 26, $100 fine.

    David J. Riley, 57, of Belmont, burning prohibited material in Belmont July 14, $100 fine.

    Brett Gotham, 20, of Belfast, operating a motor vehicle beyond class restriction in Belfast Aug. 11, $150 fine.

    Lewis E. Simmons Jr., 72, of Phippsburg, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast Aug. 1, $250 fine.

    William Smith, 21, of Detroit, criminal mischief in Unity July 2, $200 fine.

    Ronald Spear, 36, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast Aug. 4, $200 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast Aug. 4, $200 fine.

    Silas Stimpson, 18, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast Aug. 24, $100 fine; minor consuming liquor in Belfast Aug. 10, dismissed; minor possessing marijuana in Belfast Aug. 10, $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast Aug. 10, $150 fine; littering in Belfast Aug. 10, dismissed.

    James O. Williams, 48, of Lincolnville, failure to register a motor vehicle in Lincolnville July 22, $100 fine.

    Jonathan M. Delsesto, 29, of Providence, Rhode Island, operating without safety equipment in Liberty Aug. 11, $100 fine.

    Buck H. Sprague, 20, of Middlebury, Vermont, entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally in Unity July 2, $200 fine.
