    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 26 - July 2.

    Kyle K. White, 26, of Searsmont, probation violation in Belfast Jan. 30, 2015, 35 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Norma J. Philbrook, 35, of Swanville, probation violation in Swanville Sept. 17, 2015, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Nacoma P. Noomyenooneam, 20, of Fairfield, probation violation in Frankfort Nov. 20, 2015, 75 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Douglas L. Tibbetts, 52, of Thorndike, theft of services (two counts) in Jackson Aug. 19, 2016, and Aug. 25, 2016, incompetent to stand trial for both counts; criminal trespass in Brooks Oct. 2, 2016, incompetent to stand trial; burglary in Jackson Jan. 5, 2017, incompetent to stand trial; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Jackson Jan. 5, incompetent to stand trial; violating condition of release in Jackson Jan. 5, 2017, incompetent to stand trial.

    Ryan S. Drake, 39, of Troy, stalking (serious inconvenience/emotional distress) in Searsport July 23, dismissed.

    Donald C. Boyington II, 35, of Waldoboro, hunting without a valid license, not guilty.

    Nickie Ripley, 31, of Belfast, assault in Belfast May 18, $300 fine.

    Matthew Costello, 31, of Stockton Springs, fugitive from justice, dismissed.

    Brandon J. McCullum, 27, of Brooks, fugitive from justice, dismissed.

    Silas Roberts, 42, of Searsport, violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast June 30, 48 hours in jail; disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast June 30, 48 hours in jail.

    Philip J. Dulude, 49, criminal trespass in Belfast July 1, 48 hours in jail.
