BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Oct. 26 - Nov. 1.

Jason Roberts, 38, of Searsport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast April 21, 2017, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Searsport May 4, & May 10, 2017, both dismissed.

Nicole Wellman, 35, of Newport, cruelty to animals in Frankfort Dec. 21, 2017, $500 fine; cruelty to animals in Frankfort Dec. 21, 2017, dismissed.

Sonya Whitcomb, 20, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belmont May 13, dismissed.

Max Mitchell, 37, of Belmont, probation violation in Belmont July 4, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

David J. Schreiner, 42, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, fishing without a valid license in Swanville Aug. 25, $100 fine.

Kurt R. Volk, 59, of Branford, Connecticut, fishing without a valid license in Belfast Oct. 22, $100 fine.
