Wayne A. Parsons, 49, of Swanville, nonsupport of dependents in Swanville July 1, 2015, 30 days in jail.

Amy L. Hewett, 25, of Brewer, operating under the influence in Belfast May 4, 2017, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating condition of release in Belfast May 4, 2017, dismissed.

Nathan Grass, 33, of Belmont, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belmont Jan. 25, dismissed.

Stephen P. Cummings Sr., 48, of Northport, operating under the influence in Belfast April 2, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, license suspended for three years, one year of probation, and $700 fine; refusing to sign a uniform summons complaint in Belfast April 2, 48 hours in jail; falsifying physical evidence in Belfast April 2, dismissed.

Isabella Witham, 18, of Belfast, refusing to sign a uniform summons complaint in Belfast March 7, dismissed.

Brooke J. Lindelof, 26, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Prospect April 29, license suspended for 150 days and $600 fine.

Neil W. Kirby, 22, of Waldo, operating under the influence in Belfast April 27, license suspended for 150 days and $800 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast April 27, $150 fine.

Albert J. Russell, 34, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized use of property in Belfast May 23, 90 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 23, dismissed.

Tabitha L. York, 41, of Union, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property in Belfast April 10, $200 fine.

Leslie M. Lacasse, 41, of China Village, violating condition of release in Belfast June 7, six days in jail; attaching false plates in Belfast June 7, six days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 7, dismissed.

Richard D. York, 24, of Waldo, attaching false plates in Belfast June 12, 24 hours in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast June 12, 24 hours in jail.

Amber L. Johnson, 25, of Searsport, disorderly conduct (fighting) in Searsport June 14, $250 fine; domestic violence assault in Searsport June 14, dismissed.

William J. Mathieson, 37, of Montville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Montville April 15, $250 fine.
