BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Dec. 18-26. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Dec. 18

Mark D. Reynolds, 49, of Bangor, was issued a summons for speeding 74 mph in a 45 mph zone on Swan Lake Avenue in Swanville.

Dec. 19

Deputy Jeffrey Rice responded to the scene of a single-vehicle accident on Route 1 in Prospect where a driver traveling too fast for snowy conditions lost control of their vehicle. The 2007 Honda left the roadway and struck a snowbank, causing disabling damage. The driver was uninjured.

Deputy Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a deer v. vehicle accident on South Horseback Road in Burnham. The driver was uninjured and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

Dec. 21

Elizabeth J. Wood, 29, of Hampden, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Augusta Road in Belmont.

Dec. 24

Robert H. Sabins, 52, of Winterport, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Coles Corner in Winterport.
