    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity June 22 - July 6. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    June 22

    Deputy David Wight responded to the scene of a deer v. vehicle accident on North Searsport Road in Frankfort. A deer ran into the side of the car resulting in minor damage. The driver was uninjured.

    June  23

    Jesse L. Skillings, 18, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and possession of liquor by a minor on Swan Lake Avenue in Swanville.

    June 25

    Juice Newton, 34, of Montville, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on New England Road in Searsport.

    Faith M. Stovall, 24, of Burnham, was issued summonses for negotiating a worthless instrument (three counts) on Pond Road in Burnham, stemming from an incident June 6.

    June 26

    Robert B. Cyphers, 27, of Montville, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and operating after habitual offender revocation on Belmont Avenue in Belfast.

    Corporal Darrin Moody responded to the scene of a single-vehicle accident on Main Road North in Frankfort where a driver exited the roadway after suffering a seizure behind the wheel. The 2017 Hyundai, which was traveling southbound, went straight across the center line before exiting the road on the northbound side. The vehicle went into a ditch and hit a guy wire before coming to rest in a patch of trees. The vehicle was towed due to disabling damage and the driver suffered possible injuries in the crash.

    June 27

    Lazarus Littlefield, 19, of Montville, was issued a summons for imprudent speed on Route 3 in Belmont.

    June 29

    Deputy Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a single-vehicle accident on Albion Road in Unity where a vehicle crossed over the fog line before going into a ditch. The 2007 Buick traveled into a ditch where it struck an embankment and rolled over. The driver sustained a possible injury while the passenger was uninjured. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

    June 30

    David W. Dyer, 29, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Avenue in Swanville.

    Travis Smith, 36, of Swanville, operating after suspension on Route 141 in Belfast.

    July 1

    Andrew J. Landry, 45, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on North Searsport Road in Frankfort.

    Garrett Mernick, 25, of Winterport, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

    July 3

    Arius A. Hipos, 20, of Belfast, was issued a summons for driving to endanger on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.

    Brandon E. Mosher, 21, of Waldo, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle (30-150 days past expiration) on North Main Street in Searsport.

    Nickolas G. Philbrick, 22, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for operating after suspension in Frankfort.
