BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Feb. 1-6. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Feb. 1

Stephen Smith, 36, of Brooks, was arrested for violating a protection order and violating a condition of release on Calvin Fogg Street in Brooks. 

Damon Danforth, 18, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Back Brooks Road in Monroe. 

Feb. 2

Ralph Lockhart 66, of Monroe, was arrested for criminal trespass, receiving stolen property, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Ellis Road in Monroe. 

Feb. 4

Kara Kenney, 45, of Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct, false report or public alarm, and violating a condition of release on Jackson Road in Monroe.
