Waldo County Sheriff’s beat: Disorderly conduct, criminal threatening, assault

    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Jan. 20-25. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Jan. 20

    Brian W. Larrabee, 35, of Searsport, was arrested for assault, domestic violence assault and operating after habitual offender revocation on McKenny Road in Stockton Springs.

    Adam O. Williams, 42, of Bangor, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days).

    Jan. 22

    Colby C. Gardner, 38, of Winterport, was issued a summons for failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act on Coles Corner Road in Winterport.

    Jan. 23

    Nicholas C. Winters, 19, of Lincolnville, was arrested for disorderly conduct and issued a summons for possession of liquor by a minor via consumption on Atlantic Highway in Northport.

    Jan. 25

    Thomas D. Heaberlin, 35, of Unity, was issued a summons for possession of schedule X drugs on Fisher Road in Unity.

    Willard G. Rogers, 22, of Liberty, was issued a summons for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Prescott Hill in Liberty.
