    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Criminal Court Feb. 2-9.

    Nacoma P. Noomyenooneam, 20, of Stockton Springs, probation violation in Frankfort Nov. 20, 2015, four months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; operating without license in Belfast Sept. 8, 48 hours in jail; failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Sept. 8, 48 hours in jail; attaching false plates in Belfast Sept. 8, 48 hours in jail; failing to stop for an officer in Belfast Sept. 8, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop) in Belfast Sept. 8, dismissed.

    Danielle M. Ellsworth, 38, of Swanville, assault in Belfast Aug. 2, 2016, $300 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport July 21, $500 fine.

    Stephen E. Boyle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast April 19, 15 months in prison and $3,150 restitution; home repair fraud in Belfast April 19, 364 days in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Aug. 18, 2015, 15 months in prison and $1,216.01 restitution; home repair fraud in Belfast Aug. 18, 2015, 364 days in jail.

    Albert C. Curtis, 36, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 8, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Eric Dupray, 45, of Prospect, domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs Oct. 22, dismissed.

    Daniel Dourant, 58, of Knox, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry in Montville Aug. 19, 20 days in jail.

    Lukas Tripodi, 22, of Hampstead, N.H., driving to endanger in Thorndike Oct. 5, dismissed.

    Robert A. Daigle, 35, of Hampton, N.H., operating under the influence in Troy Dec. 31, $500 fine.

    Elizabeth N. Matthew, 33, of Mercer, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Palermo Jan. 1, $200 fine.

    Anna Lisa M. Fournier, 26, of Waldo, operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 30, $500 fine.

    Erin Salmen, 35, of Belfast, obstructing government administration in Belfast Jan. 6, $200 fine.

    Eugene Collins, 50, of Vassalboro, unlawful possession of a wild animal or bird in Burnham Nov. 25., $300 fine.

    Earl P. Rowe, 65, of Waterville, shooting from a vehicle in Burnham Nov. 22, $150 fine.

    Joshua Cunningham, 35, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 8, $250 fine.

    James Johnson Sr., 52, of Belfast, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Northport Nov. 7, $200 fine.

    Clayton J. Lancaster, 39, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont Dec. 29, $250 fine.

    Douglas A. Horton, 53, of Knox, entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally in Knox Nov. 16, $100 fine.

    Charles A. Lacombe, 56, of Thomaston, supervising a junior hunter who violates the law in Searsmont Nov. 11, $100 fine.
