    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Dec. 15-22.

    Caleb Roy, 25, of Burnham, probation violation in Burnham July 28, 2015, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Robert McKinney, 22, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast July 26, 2015, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Dustin E. Barrows, 34, of St. George, probation violation in Northport Nov. 19, 2016, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Shawn D. Kivlin, 41, of Belfast, aggravated assault in Belfast Dec. 27, 2016, six years in prison; domestic violence criminal threatening in Belfast Dec. 27, 2016, five years in prison; domestic violence assault (two counts) in Belfast Dec. 27, 2016, 364 days in prison for each count; domestic violence terrorizing in Belfast Dec. 27, 2016, 364 days in prison.

    Travis W. Littlefield, 26, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Swanville May 27, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years and $700 fine; operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Swanville May 27, 48 hours in jail.

    Laudelino S. Cruz, 58, of West Rockport, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 25, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Swanville Oct. 25, 48 hours in jail.

    Jeffrey Thomas, 25, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (loud noise/private place) in Belfast Oct. 27, $250 fine; criminal trespass in Belfast Oct. 27, dismissed.

    Crystal Barton, 36, of Stockton Springs, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Stockton Springs Nov. 8, $200 fine; operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Stockton Springs Nov. 8, $150 fine.

    Jeffrey S. Bridge, 54, of Hermon, operating under the influence in Winterport Nov. 18, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Brian Costa, 53, of West Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked in Montville Nov. 1, $500 fine.

    Peter C. Milinazzo, 67, of Searsmont, placing bait to entice deer in Searsmont Oct. 13, $200 fine.

    Mason A. Murray, 23, of Belfast, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast Oct. 4, $250 fine.

    Ivan J. Korsund Jr., 72, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast Nov. 20, $100 fine.

    Nicholas F. Faulkingham, 33, of Belfast, placing bait to entice deer in Morrill Oct. 28, $200 fine.

    Samuel Kulikowski, 20, of Swanville, hunting without a valid license in Islesboro Sept. 9, $100 fine.

    Dakota T. Sanford, 24, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without license in Belfast Nov. 18, 48 hours in jail; attaching false plates in Belfast Nov. 18, 48 hours in jail.

    Frank G. Sukeworth Jr., 59, of Palermo, operating a vehicle without license in Liberty Oct. 26, $150 fine.

    Tamarack Thomsen, 26, of Belmont, criminal mischief in Belfast Nov. 9, $150 fine and $200 restitution.

    Zane R. Bielenberg, 19, of Belfast, minor consuming liquor in Belfast July 21, $200 fine.

    Bruce Boon, 66, of Brooks, supervising a junior hunter who violates the law in Knox Oct. 21, $100 fine.

    Robert P. Berry, 46, of Unity, operating an ATV on a public way in Unity Oct. 14, $100 fine.

    Charles Carson, 19, of Waterville, operating an ATV on a public way in Knox Sept. 29, $100 fine.
