    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Unified Criminal Court Nov. 30 to Dec. 7.

    Michael J. Redding, 28, of Brooks, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast March 21, 2016, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation and $400 fine; operating a meth laboratory in Belfast March 21, 2016, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast March 21, 2016, dismissed; criminal attempt in Belfast March 21, 2016, dismissed.  

    Gregory J. Bean, 37, of Brooks, probation violation in Belfast Aug. 17, 2015, 30 days in jail and probation partially revoked.

    Brian M. Rafuse, 54, of Montville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast June 13, 2016, dismissed.

    Brian Carroll, 32, of Troy, operating while license suspended or revoked in Jackson July 9, 2016, $250 fine.

    Robert Sadlowski, 46, of Winterport, criminal mischief in Winterport Dec. 9, 2016, dismissed.

    Ly T. Ha, 45, of Frankfort, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport Dec. 22, $100 fine; domestic violence assault in Winterport Dec. 22, dismissed.

    Miranda G. Hopkins, 33, of Carmel, manslaughter in Troy Jan. 12, 18 years in prison with all but 13 years suspended and four years of probation.

    William R. Johnson, 34, of Stockton Springs, operating a meth laboratory in Stockton Springs March 7, six years in prison with all but one year suspended, three years of probation and $1,000 fine; illegal possession of a firearm in Stockton Springs March 10, one year in prison.  

    Nicholas J. Dyer, 32, of Searsmont, domestic violence terrorizing (two counts) in Searsmont April 7, both dismissed.

    Devon A. Palmer, 21, of Camden, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast April 21, 42 months in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation and $400 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast April 21, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Troy J. Woodman, 35, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast April 17, six months in jail and $325 restitution; forgery in Belfast April 17, six months in jail.

    Nicholas Hart Sr., 31, of Prospect, domestic violence assault in Waldo June 24, dismissed.

    Gregory Allen, 53, of Waldo, unlawful sexual touching in Waldo June 15, 2009, dismissed; unlawful sexual touching in Waldo Sept. 15, 2010, dismissed.

    Travis Rhodes, 27, of Stonington, failure to register vehicle in Searsmont July 22, $150 fine.

    Justin Boyle, 25, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 26, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years and $700 fine; operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast Aug. 26, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast Oct. 9, 48 hours in jail.

    Kaitlin Brady, 18, of Belfast, assault in Belfast July 5, dismissed; criminal mischief in Belfast July 5, dismissed.

    Colleen M. Wellman, 43, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 12, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Ethan M. Maszczenski, 22, of Baltimore, operating without license in Belfast Aug. 15, $200 fine.

    Dale Higgins, 29, of Montville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (two counts) in Montville Oct. 23, $400 fine for each count; violating conditions of release in Montville Oct. 23, 48 hours in jail.

    Donna Whalen, 52, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast Sept. 28, $100 fine and $1,105 restitution.

    Kimberly N. Barnes, 27, of Bucksport, failure to register vehicle in Prospect Oct. 21, $150 fine.

    Joseph A. Hazlett, 33, of Waldo, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Winterport Oct. 15, $500 fine.

    Christopher A. Merry, 24, of Swanville, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast Oct. 3, $500 fine; unsworn falsification in Belfast Oct. 3, dismissed.

    Riste Mitev, 27, of Lakewood, Calif., rule violation (duty status not current) in Palermo Oct. 13, $250 fine.

    Angela Philbrook, 32, of Thorndike, operating a vehicle without license in Unity Oct. 20, dismissed.

    Amara Poulin, 28, of Unity, operating while license suspended or revoked in Knox Oct. 6, $250 fine.

    Bradley J. Radley, 42, of Bucksport, failure to register vehicle in Prospect Oct. 21, $150 fine.

    Leopold F. Sigouin III, 52, of Orland, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport Oct. 23, $500 fine.

    Laura M. Stentiford, 24, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Thorndike Oct. 4, $500 fine.

    Stephen W. Lee, 27, of Unity, burning without a permit in Unity Oct. 14, $100 fine.

    Lawrence Whitcomb, 47, of Waldo, failure to register vehicle in Belfast Oct. 9, $100 fine.

    Aleisha Roy, 22, of Bangor, operating without license in Swanville Sept. 28, $250 fine.

    Tonia Smith, 44, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Sept. 3, $100 fine and $500 restitution.

    Lottie E. Wincapaw, 26, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont Oct. 6, $500 fine.

    Rachel O. White, 25, of Searsport, burglary of a motor vehicle (two counts) in Belfast Sept. 29, and Oct. 2, $250 fine for each count; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts) in Belfast Set. 29, and Oct. 2, $100 fine for each count.

    Theodore S. Giggie, 53, of Monroe, keeping a dangerous dog in Monroe Oct. 23, $1,000 fine.

    Beth Clark, 45, of Troy, allowing a dog to be at large (two counts) in Troy Oct. 21, $250 fine for each count.

    Brendon J. McKeen, 19, of Searsport, possession of marijuana (under 21 years of age) in Belfast Oct. 10, $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast Oct. 10, dismissed.

    Steven E. Pomerleau, 48, of Troy, allowing a dog to be at large in Troy Oct. 28, $25 fine.
