Waldo County Criminal Docket, closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 1-7. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Alyssa Orestis, 32, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport Feb. 9, four days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs Feb. 9, dismissed.

    Thomas A. Langille, 25, of Swanville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 26, 24 hours in jail and $600 fine.

    Robert Richards, 51, of Troy, operating after habitual offender revocation in Troy Feb. 16, dismissed.

    Alicia M. Dunn, 51, of Liberty, operating while license suspended or revoked in Liberty Feb. 12, dismissed.

    Harmony Palmer, 29, of Searsport, 48 hours in jail and $300 fine.

    Tanya Williams, 53, of Jackson, operating while license suspended or revoked in Jackson April 10, dismissed.

    Adam M. Damon, 27, of Stockton Springs, probation violation in Stockton Springs Dec. 11, 2015, nine months in jail and probation revoked; theft by deception in Belfast Jan. 12, nine months in jail.  

    Andrew Smith, 38, of Seal Harbor, probation violation in Thorndike Sept 14, 2016, probation partially revoked and continued.

    David R. Pattershall, 71, of Stockton Springs, probation violation in  Stockton Springs March 12, 2017, six months in jail and probation partially revoked.

    James D. Kalenderian, 32, of Providence, Rhode Island, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast April 22, 2017, four years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast April 22, 2017, dismissed.

    Tyson S. Servisky, 30, of Greenbush, operating after habitual offender revocation in Winterport May 2, 2017, nine months one day in prison and $1,000 fine.

    Tyler D. Cherry, 19, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast April 30, 2017, dismissed.

    Tammy McCue, 46, of Knox, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Belfast April 24, 2017, and May 4, 2017, both dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Knox April 20, 2017, and April 27, 2017, both dismissed.

    Jesse A. Stanley, 23, of Knox, domestic violence terrorizing in Brooks Sept. 1, dismissed.

    Bradley S. Hatch, 34, of Winterport, gross sexual assault in Winterport Oct. 7, dismissed; unlawful sexual touching in Winterport Oct. 7, 364 days in jail with all but 56 days suspended and one year of probation.

    Dennis Malcolm Vaughan Sr., 62, of Lewiston, failure to register a vehicle in Palermo Nov. 8, 48 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast July 7, seven days in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast July 7, seven days in jail; operating after registration suspended in Belfast June 4, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast June 4, 48 hours in jail.  

    David Pattershall, 71, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs March 16, dismissed.

    Shane R. Hazzard, 27, of Winslow, fishing in violation of number, amount, weight, or size in Palermo April 30, $120 fine.

    Douglas Barlow, 65, of Jackson, unlawful cutting of trees in Monroe Jan. 10, 2015, dismissed.

    Charles C. Beckett, 32, of Troy, hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange in Jackson Nov. 8, $100 fine.
