Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 11-24.

    Louis Ares, 41, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport Dec. 28, 2016, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one years of probation, license suspended for three years, registration suspended and $700 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Searsport Dec. 28, 2016, dismissed.

    Wendy L. Grotton, 34, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Sept. 17, three years in prison with all but 30 days suspended and two years of probation.

    Richard L. Poirier, 43, of Waterville, domestic violence assault in Freedom Jan. 11, 364 days in jail  with all but 15 days suspended and two years of probation; tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim in Freedom March 22, dismissed; violating a protection from abuse order in Freedom March 22, 15 days in jail; violating condition of release in Freedom March 22, 15 days in jail. .

    Miranda L. Penney, 25, of Knox, criminal mischief in Thorndike Jan. 9, $300 fine; domestic violence assault in Thorndike Jan. 9, dismissed.

    Raymond A. Stover, 32, of Searsport, criminal threatening in Belfast Feb. 24, 90 days in jail; terrorizing in Belfast Feb. 24, 90 days in jail; disorderly conduct (loud noise, private place) in Belfast Feb. 24, 90 days in jail; criminal threatening in Belfast April 18, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast April 18, 90 days in jail; criminal threatening in Belfast May 2, 90 days in jail; violating conditions of release in Belfast May 2, 90 days in jail.

    Jessica L. Morrill, 38, of Woodstock, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Knox Feb. 26, seven days in jail; robbery in Knox Feb. 26, dismissed; assault in Knox Feb. 26, dismissed.

    Andrew Williams, 27, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 6, $500 fine and $325 restitution.

    Brian Larrabee, 36, of Searsport, operating after habitual offender revocation in Stockton Springs Jan. 20, dismissed.
