UNION — The Annual Vose Library Plant Sale will be held at the Union Common (located in the center of the main village) in Union, Saturday, June 1, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This rain-or-shine sale features hundreds of perennials, herbs, vegetable seedlings and shrubs, and it offers an opportunity to stock up on well-adapted plants for the gardens.

Plants are categorically organized, and experienced gardeners will be on hand to offer advice and help with plant selection.

Wagons are available for use to move plants to vehicles.

As always, the plant sale is complemented by a Bake Sale, featuring treats prepared by Vose Library volunteers.

All proceeds benefit the Vose Library.
