LINCOLNVILLE — A stretch of Route 52 from the Youngtown Inn to the Camden Town Line that was closed this morning due to trees down along the lakeside road reopened at 8:20 a.m.

The Lincolnville Fire Department is on scene and has closed the road, noting at least seven trees have wires wrapped into them.

Central Maine Power has been notified but has yet to give an estimated arrival time to tend to to the wires.

Drivers are advised to find alternate routes.
